Refund Policy

At Gham Naturals, every product is carefully handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Because our soaps and skincare products are considered personal care items, we must follow strict health and safety regulations. For this reason, all sales are final. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot accept it back, even if unopened, to ensure the highest level of hygiene and customer protection.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any product once shipped.

  • Refunds are not issued for reasons such as change of mind, scent preference, or small variations in size, shape, or color (as all items are handmade).

Damaged or Defective Orders

While returns are not possible, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. If eligible, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

Responsibility for Orders

  • Once shipped, Gham Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather events.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information is entered at checkout.
